To express our gratitude for everyone’s hard work and to strengthen team cohesion, Mingshang Technology organized a two-day, one-night team-building event from May 24th to 25th, 2024. Through this event, all employees enhanced their mutual understanding in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, building better trust, promoting communication and collaboration. At the same time, they were able to temporarily put aside work pressure and enjoy life, thereby investing in future work with more enthusiasm.

 

 

First Stop: Watching the Movie “I’m Livin’ It”

Before the movie started, General Manager Zhang Wu explained the significance of organizing team-building activities and the precautions for the event. He also explained the meaning of the movie’s title, “I’m Livin’ It,” which is a homophone in Cantonese for “people living on the street.” The film tells the story of the lowest social group, who are either homeless or unwilling to go home, choosing to spend the night in 24-hour fast food restaurants. They start as strangers but gradually support each other through life’s lowest points, forming family-like bonds.

 

 

After watching the movie, each member of Mingshang Technology had their own profound understanding. Chairman Jiang Zhizhou shared his insights on the film, expressing his hope that the Mingshang family could support each other. Earning money is not our only goal; the existence of Mingshang Technology aims to enable every Mingshang member to have the ability to care for their parents, educate their children, and enjoy a happy and fulfilling family life.

 

 

Second Stop: Dafengmen Drifting

Dafengmen Drifting is located in the scenic area of Baishuizhai, Zengcheng, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It is known as the “Top Drifting Destination in the World” due to its long river course, large drop, and beautiful scenery, providing tourists with an exciting yet safe drifting experience.

 

 

Everyone not only experienced the thrilling drifting but also enjoyed natural sceneries such as waterfalls, peculiar rocks, steep cliffs, deep canyons, and clear pools. The drifting process traversed between peaks and waters, allowing us to feel the magnificence and divinity of nature.

 

 

Third Stop: Longmen Daguanyuan Health Resort Hotel

The Longmen Daguanyuan Health Resort Hotel is located in the tourist resort of Nankunshan, Longmen County, Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China. It is famous for its beautiful natural environment, rich hot spring resources, and comprehensive leisure facilities, making it an ideal choice for leisure vacations and health preservation.

Drifting is an exciting water activity, while soaking in hot springs is a great way to relax. The combination of both provided everyone with a perfect leisure experience.

 

 

Fourth Stop: Stone River Wonder of Nankunshan – Chuanlong Waterfall

Chuanlong Waterfall and the Stone River Wonder are renowned not only for their natural beauty but also for their rich legends and culture. It is said that in ancient times, the Chuanlong dragon transformed into a waterfall to relieve the drought suffered by the mountain people, leaving it permanently in Nankunshan. This led to the area being named “Chuanlong,” and the Stone Gorge Mountain being called “Chuanlong Gorge.”

 

The Mingshang family could fully enjoy the gifts of nature and experience a physical and mental baptism.

 

 

Fifth Stop: Minmetals Hallstatt Town

Minmetals Hallstatt Town is located in Boluo County, Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China. It is a comprehensive tourism and residential project modeled after the Austrian town of Hallstatt.

Visiting this place felt like being in Hallstatt, Austria, experiencing the rich European style and architecture, enjoying authentic Austrian cuisine, escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, and finding a tranquil place. For those who love exploring different cultures, this was a special experience.

 

 

The joyful journey came to an end as the return bus slowly started. This team-building event was light and enjoyable, leaving behind cherished moments and memories shared by everyone.

The successful completion of this team-building event symbolizes the enhancement of team spirit. It taught everyone how to collaborate with teammates and improve themselves. This event was full of vitality, providing a sense of belonging and warmth within the team. We will invest in future work with more enthusiasm and a good state; working together to face challenges and opportunities. We believe that with the joint efforts of all Mingshang members, Mingshang Technology will have a brighter future!
